Setelah sekian lama sudah nggak pernah nulis lagi disini, akhirnya karena banyaknya permintaan buat nulis kembali, akhirnya aku berusaha payah buat mikir kira-kira thema apa yang cocok untuk tulisan perdana dari sekian lama vakum. Tenang.. finally iam backkkkkk.. :p
Banyak pertanyaan orang-orang, “kak kok kulitnya bagus? Kak pake skincare apa? Kak kok gak jerawatan?” pokoknya capek juga kalo harus jelasin satu-satu ke mereka. Nah semoga artikel kali ini menjawab sebagian pertanyaan kalian yaa.. aamiin
Jadi gini, sebenernya sih simple yaa untuk jadi cantik, tapi harus diperjelas dulu nih “klasifikasi cantik menurut kalian apa?” kalo cantik hanya sekedar kulit sehat dan bagus itu mudah, tapi kalo cantik menurut kalian itu merubah bentuk itu yang sulit :p
Kenali dulu tipe kulit kalian!
Ini penting banget untuk mengetahui apa aja dibutuhkan untuk wajah kita. Ada tipe kulit Kering, tipe Normal, Tipe Normal kombinasi, dan terakhir Tipe kulit berminyak.
Setiap tipe kulit mempunyai masalah yang berbeda-beda. Seperti contohnya kulit kering pasti punya masalah flek hitam, kerutan, kusam dan cenderung gampang belang. Nah solusinya perbanyak mengkonsumsi Vitamin E dan wajib hukumnya menggunakan pelembab wajah di siang hari, karena paparan sinar matahari langsung terhadap wajah menyebabkan flek dan gosong. Jadi disarankan banyak mengkonsumsi mineral (air putih) dan minyak zaitun secara diminum atau dioleskan dibagian yang kering itu lebih efektif.
Untuk tipe selanjutnya yaitu kulit normal sepertinya tidak perlu banyak treatment untuk pengaplikasian sehari2nya. Hanya saja perlu menjaga nutrisi kulitnya agar berimbang dan tidak kekurangan. Paling simplenya memakai krim siang atau malam untuk menjaga nutrisi. Krim nya juga perlu pengawasan dokter agar tidak berlebih kandungannya. Begitupun dengan tipe kulit normal cenderung kombinasi, lebih banyak sih kombinasi minyak di wilayah T, yaitu Dahi, Hidung dan Dagu. Solusinya paling kalo cuci muka fokus ke daerah T itu, dan sering-sering terapi es batu diwilayah itu.
Next tipe kulit berminyak, yah kalo ini jangan ditanya lagi pasti banyak bangettttt yang punya masalah ini. Gak jauh-jauh dari yang namanya jerawat, minyak berlebih, dan pori-pori terbuka. Solusinya untuk jenis kulit ini yakni jangan sering kebanyakan cuci muka (banyak orang yang gak tau) kenapaaa?? Ketika kamu keseringan cuci muka dengan sabun, malah semakin merangsang kandungan minyak pada wajah. Yah saran aja lebih baik cuci muka menggunakan sabun wajah hanya 2 kali sehari. Lalu jangan banyak mengkonsumsi vitamin E yang memicu hormon kamu. Dan setiap malam kalo bisa abis cuci muka itu terapi es batu, dengan cara mengoleskan es batu di tempat pori-pori yang membesar. Dan satu lagi jangan STRESS karena akan membuat imbalance pada hormon kamu!! hahahaa

Jadi untuk menjadi cantik itu sebenarnya simple, no over treatment, no over changes. Karena kebanyakan over treatment juga gak akan bikin wajah kamu cantik, percaya deh, wajah diciptakan dari jaman dahulu begini aja, malah semakin kamu ikut-ikutan tren terbaru yang kadang kita gak pernah tau efek kedepannya seperti apa, malah akan buat kamu nyesel! Jadi lebih baik sebelum kamu treatment lebih baik banyak bertanya sama orang yang pernah sebelumnya mencoba atau lebih baik kamu rajin konsultasikan ke dokter kamu plus minus dari treatment tersebut biar kamu gak salah jalan nantinya, niat hati mau cantik malah jadi keblinger :p
Percaya deh sama aku, wajah yang masih orisinil tanpa krim-krim keras tidak akan mempunyai masalah wajah yang sulit di atasi. Begitupun sebaliknya, wajah yang sering gonta ganti perawatan wajah atau sering treatment, ketika punya masalah lebih sulit diatasi.
Jadi sewajarnya ajaaaaa, intinya ikuti kebutuhan nutrisi wajah dan jangan suka ikutan.
