Haiiii ketemu lagi kitaaa disini, alhamdulillah yaa. Bagaimana kabar semuaaanyaa guys? InshaAllah baik yaaa. Kali ini aku mau menceritakan sedikit mengenai kesehatan apalagi saat ini sedang musim pancaroba.

Sedih denger beberapa teman, sahabat atau bahkan orang yang kita sayangi sakit akhir-akhir ini. Yah mungkin karena pengaruh musim peralihan ini. Seperti yang sudah kita ketahui, musim pancaroba itu sarat dengan virus dan bakteri yang terombang ambing (cailahhh bahasanyaaa :p) yang dipengaruhi oleh cuaca.

Perubahan cuaca yang drastis ini tentu saja membuat tubuh harus pandai beradaptasi dengan cuaca. Untuk itu dibutuhkan stamina yang fit atau yang disebut dengan daya tahan tubuh yang baik. Bagi mereka yang beraktifitas tinggi dan jarang istirahat, imun (d

aya tahan tubuh) harus terus ditingkatkan. Karena apa? Nah sebelum membahas itu kita harus tau dulu arti Imun itu apa maka kita bisa mengetahui manfaat dan fungsi imun bagi tubuh.

Imun atau yang disebut dengan sistem kekebalan tubuh, artinyaaa sistem pertahanan sebagai perlindungan terhadap infeksi dari makromolekul asing atau serangan patogen, termasuk virus, bakteri, protozoa dan parasit. Sehingga imun ini digunakan untuk menangkal benda “asing” yang masuk ke dalam tubuh, untuk menyeimbangkan fungsi tubuh terutama keseimbangan komponen tubuh yang lebih tua, mendeteksi adanya sel-sel abnormal, termutasi atau ganas serta menghancurkan

nya.

Untuk pembentukan sistem imun tidak dapat dibentuk dalam waktu yang singkat. Respon imun tubuh secara alamiah terhadap serangan pathogen itu sendiri baru akan muncul setelah 24 jam. Kebanyakan pathogen yang ada di sekitar kita sulit masuk ke dalam tubuh akibat adanya mekanisme pertahanan tubuh secara alami.

Jadi untuk meningkatkan sistem imun, diperlukan beberapa cara sederhana, antara lain:

  1. Istirahat yang cukup,
  2. Hidup sehat seperti meninggalkan rokok
  3. Banyak makan buah dan sayuran
  4. Olahraga untuk meningkatkan metabolisme tubuh secara umum
  5. Sinar matahari yang cukup karena paparan sinar matahari akan memicu produksi vitamin D yang tentu sangat baik untuk tubuh secara keseluruhan
  6. Mengelola stress dengan baik
  7. Dan juga mengkonsumsi bawang putih yang telah tua dipercaya lebih baik, karena proses penuaan alami akan meningkatkan level kandungan antioksidan bawang putih, dan juga baunya tidak terlalu tajam. Bawang putih adalah agen anti-mikroba alami dan dapat meningkatkan kekebalan tubuh. Namun, memasak bawang dapat membunuh senyawa-senyawa penting untuk mendukung daya tahan tubuh kita. Untuk itu lebih baik untuk menyajikannya secara mentah dan tambahkan pada hidangan sebelum disajikan.

Itulah penjelasan sedikit mengenai imun, semoga tulisan ini bermanfaat dan sebagai pembelajaran basic bagi kita untuk menghadapi musim pancaroba seperti ini.
